Working Tables: Madrid-t place to be

The actions developed within the framework of the “Madrid-T Place to Be” project achieved a significant impact by involving 58 unique companies in the different working groups. This scope was amplified through the entities represented, considering both the employees of these companies at a national and international level as well as the companies housed in spaces such as business incubators.

Entrepreneurship and Self-employment: Those over 45 years of age show a significant tendency towards self-employment and entrepreneurship. This ability to generate new businesses not only provides employment for themselves, but can also create job opportunities for others.
