45+ Program

The Madrid Chamber of Commerce offers free courses for unemployed people aged 45 to 60 through the 45+ Program. This programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund, aims to improve the employability of participants through training and qualifications adapted to the current demands of the labor market, including digital competences and transversal skills. In addition, it offers personalized guidance and support to facilitate job placement.

Escuela Secot

The Secot School, part of the non-profit association SECOT, offers free comprehensive training courses for entrepreneurship. Led by retired, pre-retired or active professionals, it provides knowledge in business management, marketing, commercial and financial management for SMEs and microenterprises. Located in Madrid, its objective is to support new entrepreneurs through confidential advice and personalized business plans.

SECOT (Spanish Seniors for Technical Cooperation)

It is an association of senior volunteers, including professionals, managers and retired businessmen, which offers free advice and training to entrepreneurs, SMEs and vulnerable groups. Its work focuses on mentoring, guidance and the promotion of volunteering and active ageing. In addition, SECOT provides training programmes adapted to the needs of the current labour market and is present in various delegations nationwide.

The 50Pro Entrepreneurial Leadership Program is designed for professionals over 50 years of age who want to start a new business project. Over 12 weeks, with weekly half-day sessions, participants develop a personalized business plan and receive practical business management training.
