The #ChicasImparables 2025 Programme

The #ChicasImparables programme, which will take place in February 2025 at the iconic IE Tower in Madrid, aims to empower young women aged 15-18 to become tomorrow’s leaders. This innovative project responds to challenges such as the gender gap in STEM careers and the ‘impostor syndrome’, problems that affect many young women in their personal and professional development.

Through five interactive days, the programme integrates training in key areas such as entrepreneurship, technology, communication and inclusive leadership. The participants, organised in teams, will design business projects that will be presented to a jury of business leaders, fostering technical and soft skills in a collaborative environment.

Transformative Methodology

With a total duration of 21.5 hours, the programme promotes hands-on learning that includes:

• Sessions on artificial intelligence, digital marketing and sustainability.
• Orientation on ethical leadership, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
• Networking to build connections and foster self-confidence.

The activities, designed to challenge participants, culminate in the defense of their projects, with the possibility to apply for 30% scholarships to study at IE University.

Open Call for applications

Enrolment is now open until December 2024, at a reduced cost thanks to partial or full scholarships. This programme not only seeks to close the gender gap, but also to inspire future generations to work for a more equal and sustainable world.
