Madrid-t place to be continues to take steps towards its goal of turning Madrid into a true hub for talent at an international level. One of the most recent and successful examples of this commitment is the MadridMotorStudent event, a COGITIM initiative sponsored by the Community of Madrid, designed to promote young students interested in the automotive sector.

This event has been an excellent opportunity for students from different disciplines to connect with companies and professionals in the sector, discovering the multiple opportunities for professional development that Madrid offers. In addition, the event served as a platform for attendees to learn first-hand about the latest trends in technological innovation within the automotive industry, a key sector for the economic future of the city.

An initiative that opens doors to young talent

Madrid-t place to be’s commitment is clear: to make Madrid a place of reference not only for large companies, but also for young people with potential who are looking to take their first steps in their professional career. Madrid Motor Student is just one of the many initiatives that are being carried out to facilitate the connection between emerging talent and real employment opportunities in strategic sectors such as the automotive sector.

Throughout the event, participants were able to interact with industry leaders, learn from the experiences of established professionals, and participate in activities designed to foster creativity and innovation. In addition, The digital platform of Madrid Motor Student keeps providing tools, challenges, and training courses to help students progress even after the event.

Madrid’s attraction-t-place to be during the event

In addition to the people who asked questions thanks to the roll-ups that we incorporated into the event tent, the young people listened attentively to the proposals of Madrid-t place to be.

The most striking thing? The grants published for young entrepreneurs, grants and information on housing, events, promotions and study grants.

A very enriching experience and key to retaining talent in Madrid. To be continued!
