Madrid Christmas Lights 2024-2025

Madrid City Council will illuminate the city with almost 12 million LED lights from 28^th of November to 6^th of January, covering more than 230 locations. Spanish football coach Luis de la Fuente will switch on the lights at Puerta del Sol. This year, it will include designs by children and renowned designers such as Pedro del Hierro and Juana Martín. There will be a large 37-metre fir tree and an illuminated nativity scene near the Gran Vía. The lights will be on until midnight, with extended hours on special dates.
